Refund policy

We want you to love your Salt & Sand pieces, so if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!
If your shoes are a size too big, or that cosy winter knit is a little too snug to be comfortable, we will happily offer you a store credit valid for 12 months. Please note - refunds will only be provided where an item is deemed faulty.
If you have changed your mind, or the item is not the correct size, please email saltandsandclothing@gmail.com with the following information:
  • Details of the item to be returned - name, size & colour
  • Order number & date of purchase
  • Reason for return
We will then provide you with a Return Number and ask you to post the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Items must be returned within 21 days, and must be in original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and incidentals (ie. spare buttons) still attached. If more than 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit. We are also unable to offer store credits on sale items (except where an item is deemed faulty - see below). 
Once we receive your item, we will email your store credit to you within two business days.
Any returns that do not meet the criteria above will not be approved, and will be returned to you. 
We take quality very seriously at Salt & Sand Clothing and inspect all items before shipping. If you receive a faulty product, please follow the process above and email us ASAP. Please inspect your items on arrival and notify us within 14 days of any possible manufacturing faults. If we are unable to provide a replacement, a full refund of the purchase price including postage will be issued.
